From Japan to Berlin

A little about me: I'm originally from Japan but have been living in Berlin since 2005. I studied Fine Art at the Art Academy in Munich, and that experience really shapes my work. Growing up in Japan, I was surrounded by beautiful ceramics. Choosing the right plate for each meal was part of our daily life, and it inspired my passion for creating my own pieces.

When I'm not in the studio, you'll probably find me hanging out with my cats or watching a great film. Both cats and films inspire me and add a bit of extra creativity to my work!
